NICE is seeking a Product Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of software products and solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects and ensure alignment with customer needs. This role requires strong commitment and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in managing software products throughout their lifecycle. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to drive successful project outcomes. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and prioritize product roadmaps that align with both customer needs and company goals. You are results-oriented and thrive in high-visibility roles that demand accountability and adaptability. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and maintain a sense of urgency in your work. You are driven by a desire to deliver impactful outcomes and foster team collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of software products, from ideation and analysis to execution and launch. You will collaborate closely with domain experts and leaders across various departments to drive strategic projects and initiatives to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include developing and prioritizing the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer and market needs while supporting the company’s overall goals. You will report to the Sr. Director of Platform Product Management and play a key role within the Product team. You will be responsible for translating ideas into clear plans and actionable priorities, ensuring that the team remains focused on delivering value to customers.
