Uber is hiring an Ad Effectiveness Specialist to enhance advertising strategies and measure campaign performance. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to provide actionable insights. This role requires 3+ years of experience in ads measurement.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field and bring over 3 years of ads measurement experience within an advertising platform, media agency, advertiser, or research company. You possess a strong understanding of statistical fundamentals and can translate complex concepts into actionable insights for advertisers across various verticals. Your analytical skills enable you to structure and conduct analyses that generate campaign effectiveness outcomes and recommendations. You are adept at creating and presenting compelling narratives to senior leadership, ensuring that your insights resonate with stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the Ad Measurement Strategy Lead and other team members to operationalize new measurement product development and capabilities that meet customer needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for equipping the Uber Advertising organization and clients with a comprehensive view of critical decision-making dimensions. You will translate measurement solutions and concepts into practical applications for advertisers, ensuring they understand the efficacy of their campaigns. Your analyses will drive recommendations for optimization, helping clients achieve their advertising goals. You will track unaddressed advertiser requirements, identifying opportunities for new strategic initiatives that can enhance the overall advertising experience. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various teams to ensure that measurement strategies align with client needs and expectations. You will also present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, showcasing the impact of your work on campaign performance.
