What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) program at Roblox, establishing clear goals and strategies for vulnerability remediation across the organization. You will lead the end-to-end execution of the TVM program, ensuring effective identification, prioritization, and remediation of vulnerabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing and iterating on remediation processes, collaborating with engineering and security teams to integrate patching best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for defining the vulnerability management strategy in collaboration with your team, ensuring that it aligns with the overall security posture of the company. You will facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and celebrate successes, fostering a culture of security awareness and collaboration.
