Video Editor / Motion Designer

Who you are

You have 3+ years of professional video editing and motion design experience, ideally in a startup or creative agency. You are fluent in Photoshop, After Effects, and Capcut, with Premiere also being acceptable. You understand how to own the end-to-end video creation process — from storyboarding and editing to delivery. You thrive in an environment where speed, creativity, and quality all matter, and you are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. You have a background in copywriting or creative direction, and you love exploring how AI tools can enhance the creative process.

What you'll do

At Tempo, you will take a leading role in shaping the visual identity of our brand through high-impact video content. You will own the end-to-end video creation process, creating short-form content such as social media clips, launch videos, and product explainers. You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives, ensuring brand consistency and elevating the quality of all visual storytelling. You will edit and refine footage for clarity, pacing, and emotional impact, working in a fast-paced environment where creative experimentation is encouraged. You will have the opportunity to help build a movement around the future of AI and software creation, contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
