What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with enterprise clients to understand their data management challenges and provide tailored solutions that leverage Reltio's AI-powered capabilities. You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that solutions are effectively implemented. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly will be essential in guiding clients through the implementation process and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and workshops for clients, helping them to maximize the value of Reltio's data solutions. Your role will involve gathering feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that Reltio continues to meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Additionally, you will work closely with sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition efforts and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Your insights into client needs and industry trends will help shape Reltio's strategic direction and product offerings.
