Who you are

You are a fluent communicator in both English and Saudi Arabic, possessing excellent written and oral skills in both languages. With a minimum of 3 years of proven success in technology and business solutions sales, you have a strong track record of high performance. Your experience in contact center environments and customer-facing sales roles has equipped you with the skills necessary to thrive in a dynamic retail environment. You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients.

Desirable

You have a deep understanding of the Apple product ecosystem and are adept at using multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies, and technology changes. Your proactive approach to customer engagement allows you to provide tailored recommendations that enhance the purchasing experience. You are driven by achieving business goals while ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and enriching.

What you'll do

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their purchases. Your day will involve assessing customer needs using the Customer Engagement Model and your knowledge of current Apple processes. You will provide focused sales support, helping customers navigate their options and make informed decisions. Your role is instrumental in helping Apple build strong relationships with customers, contributing to the overall success of the Retail Customer Care team.

You will engage with local business customers and Apple Retail through proactive and informative interactions. By delivering an Only at Apple Experience, you will ensure that customers feel valued and supported throughout their purchasing journey. Your ability to understand customer requirements and provide exceptional service will be key to achieving the goals set out by the business.
