Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role — you understand the nuances of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals effectively. You are fluent in German and have experience working in the Central European market, which allows you to connect with clients and understand their unique needs. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies, ensuring you meet and exceed your targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting your peers while also taking initiative to drive your own success. You are adaptable and open to learning, always looking for ways to improve your approach and the overall customer experience.

Desirable

Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus, as you will apply AI fluency to streamline your work processes. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will help you manage your accounts effectively and forecast accurately. A background in marketing or customer success can also enhance your ability to understand client needs and drive growth.
