HelloFresh is seeking a Geräte- und Werkzeugkoordinator to ensure the availability and functionality of equipment and tools. This role involves coordinating IT support and managing equipment documentation.
As a Geräte- und Werkzeugkoordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that all devices, tools, IT equipment, and consumables are available, functional, correctly configured, and fully documented. You serve as the primary contact on-site for IT and external service providers, handling error reporting, ticket tracking, repair coordination, replacement procurement, and warranty processing. You ensure a smooth and uninterrupted operation by being the central interface for all equipment-related matters.
You have experience in configuring and maintaining scanner software, setting up devices according to operational requirements, supporting updates, coordinating user profiles, and ensuring correct system integration for logistical processes. You conduct regular and thorough checks of the functionality, condition, and charge levels of all operational resources, ensuring immediate availability at the start of shifts.
You take ownership of the structured issuance and return of devices/tools, including digital documentation through card and system scans. You manage inventory and damage control by returning unused or defective devices, marking damages, and organizing repairs, replacements, or warranty processing in coordination with the relevant departments.
In this role, you will ensure that all operational resources are available and functioning correctly. You will conduct regular checks and maintain documentation for all equipment, ensuring that everything is ready for use at the start of each shift. You will coordinate with IT and external service providers to address any issues that arise, ensuring that all equipment is operational and that any necessary repairs or replacements are handled promptly.
