You are a creative professional with extensive experience in B2B marketing, capable of leading end-to-end creative development for advertising initiatives. You have a proven track record of collaborating with external agencies and partners, as well as cross-functional teams, to deliver high-quality campaigns that resonate with audiences. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging is complemented by your strategic mindset, ensuring that all creative work aligns with overarching business goals. You understand the nuances of the advertising landscape and can navigate complex partnerships to drive successful outcomes. What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Ads Marketing team to shape Netflix's core advertising positioning. You will drive the go-to-market strategy, ensuring that messaging is compelling and differentiated across various channels. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal teams to develop presentations, materials, and talking points that effectively communicate our advertising value proposition. You will also oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring that they are delivered flawlessly and meet the highest quality standards.
