TripActions is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of the Navan platform. You'll build strong relationships with clients and collaborate with various teams to achieve program goals.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in commercial settings — your ability to build deep relationships with clients is your strongest asset. You thrive on ensuring clients are happy and referenceable, and you understand the importance of maximizing the value they derive from the platform. You are a highly intelligent and driven individual who is excited to delight clients and drive revenue. You possess a data-driven mindset with a keen attention to detail, allowing you to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the travel and expense management industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with SaaS platforms. You are comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and have a knack for aligning program goals with client needs. Your ability to adapt to change and navigate a dynamic culture will set you apart.
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will manage all post-sales activities for commercial customers, ensuring they are onboarded successfully and engage with the Navan platform in an optimized way. You will develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, from program administrators to C-suite executives, to ensure their program goals are aligned and that they unlock maximum value from their partnership with Navan. You will drive usage of the Navan platform, ensuring clients manage 100% of their travel and expense programs effectively. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to exceed client expectations and drive revenue. You will also own the renewal of accounts and identify opportunities for cross-selling adjacent products from across our portfolio. Your ability to prioritize initiatives and manage client relationships will be key to your success in this role.
