Shopmonkey is hiring a Customer Account Manager to lead customer expansion initiatives in the SMB segment. You'll build relationships and drive sales through cross-selling and upselling. This role requires 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technology company.
You have 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a technology company, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving customer engagement. You understand the importance of customer needs and can empathize with their challenges, allowing you to recommend tailored solutions that foster growth. You are familiar with SaaS sales strategies and are eager to learn more about the automotive industry and Shopmonkey's product suite. Your ability to communicate effectively and forecast accurately will be key to your success in this role.
As a Customer Account Manager at Shopmonkey, you will lead customer expansion initiatives within the SMB segment. You will build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities, defining and executing new sales strategies to showcase the impact of Shopmonkey's offerings. Your role will involve identifying areas of the software that customers engage with, driving deeper adoption, and cross-selling additional products and services. You will also be responsible for managing CRM and payment processing platforms effectively to communicate accurate forecast information to the management team. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, providing thoughtful solutions that help them grow their businesses.
