Auto Painter (2nd Shift)

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high standards of quality. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for priming vehicles and performing final sanding before painting. You will also engage in buffing, touch-up work, paint mixing, and airbrush techniques to ensure a flawless finish on every vehicle. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, contributing to the overall customer experience by delivering high-quality vehicles. You will be part of a team that values collaboration and commitment to excellence, and you will have opportunities for training and skill development as you grow with the company.
