Bubble is seeking a Lead Product Designer to enhance the user experience of their no-code platform. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end design process, collaborating with a growing team of designers. This role requires strong design leadership and a passion for user-centered design.
You have a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience leading design projects from concept to execution. Your portfolio showcases a variety of successful projects that demonstrate your ability to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and you have a solid understanding of user research methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life. You are passionate about making software accessible to everyone and believe in the power of design to drive innovation.
Experience with no-code platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with user testing and A/B testing methodologies will help you make data-driven design decisions. You are comfortable presenting your design ideas to stakeholders and can articulate the rationale behind your design choices. A background in UX research will enhance your ability to understand user needs and pain points.
