Hopper is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a technical liaison for strategic partners. You'll engage with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure reliable support for technical inquiries. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills.
You have a strong background in technical account management, ideally with experience in the travel or technology sectors. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly is one of your key strengths, allowing you to effectively engage with partners and internal teams alike. You possess excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Your investigative curiosity drives you to understand the technical needs of partners and to find effective solutions to their challenges. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
In this role, you will act as the primary technical point of contact for multiple strategic partners, ensuring they receive the support they need for their technical inquiries. You will validate incoming issues and structure comprehensive problem reports, coordinating effectively with engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions. Your responsibilities will include defining and optimizing global intake and escalation frameworks, which will help streamline communication and improve efficiency. You will also play a key role in relationship management, ensuring that partners feel supported and valued throughout their engagement with Hopper. Your hands-on approach will involve working closely with various teams, including Product and Customer Experience, to ensure that all technical escalations are actionable and prioritized correctly. You will be instrumental in driving strategic growth initiatives and ensuring that partners have the tools and support they need to succeed.
