Desirable

What you'll do
As a Mechanical Engineer at SpaceX, you will own hardware projects from conceptual design through volume production and in-flight operations. You will work closely with partners on RF, software, and other engineering disciplines to ensure successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include designing and testing hardware components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of innovative solutions for national security applications. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of hardware development, from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring that all customer needs are met effectively.
You will also be responsible for documenting design processes and maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your role will require you to engage in regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges that arise.
