What you'll do

In this role, you will supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for your assigned territory and region. You will manage live performance metrics end-to-end, ensuring that training sessions are effective and aligned with organizational goals. Conducting learning sessions on new processes and best practices will be a key responsibility, as will facilitating classroom training sessions for stakeholders. You will also be required to travel for business needs, ensuring that training programs are delivered effectively across various locations.
