Rubrik is seeking a Program Manager for Renewals & Customer Success to drive customer retention and optimize renewals. This role requires strong program management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
You are an accomplished Program Manager with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Program Management, particularly in the areas of Renewals Sales and Customer Success programs. You excel in driving end-to-end programs that involve cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and are proficient in data-driven decision-making. Your proven experience managing comprehensive projects and programs positions you as a key player in enhancing customer experience and business impact.
You have a strong background in program management, having led initiatives aimed at increasing renewal rates and improving customer retention. Your ability to develop, champion, and implement programs that strengthen the overall post-sales customer lifecycle is a testament to your strategic oversight and tactical execution skills. You continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, ensuring that your programs deliver measurable results.
Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with various teams, including Renewals, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations. You are adept at generating clear goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success measures that demonstrate the impact of your assigned programs on both the business and customer experience.
While not required, experience in sales enablement and renewals optimization will set you apart. Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies will enhance your ability to drive impactful programs.
