What you'll do

As an Equipment Technician at Vixxo, you will manage a designated territory, providing both reactive and preventative maintenance services. Your primary responsibilities will include repairing commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing systems, and water systems. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty through professional and reliable service. Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements will be crucial, as you will conduct thorough inspections and perform timely maintenance on equipment. You will also be responsible for completing accurate paperwork to document your work.
