Overview

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the Amazon Now team in Cairo to shape the future of Quick Commerce in MENA. You'll lead programs focused on optimizing selection and pricing strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in retail or e-commerce environments. You possess excellent analytical skills and can dive deep into data to drive business decisions. Your ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally is key to your success in this role. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. You have a proven track record of delivering results through others and are skilled at building scalable processes. Your business judgment is sharp, allowing you to make informed decisions that positively impact customer experience and business growth.

Desirable

Experience in Quick Commerce or similar industries is a plus. Familiarity with pricing strategies and assortment optimization will help you excel in this role. A background in data analysis tools or methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in monitoring key metrics and improving contribution margins.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at Amazon, you will lead key initiatives to optimize the selection and pricing strategy for Amazon Now in MENA. You will work closely with various teams, including Retail and Instock, to define a high-performing assortment that meets customer needs. Your role will involve identifying input gaps and building scalable mechanisms to ensure operational readiness for new selections.
