What you'll do

As an Investigation Associate, you will conduct investigations into suspicious activities and take appropriate actions to minimize risks posed by fraud or abuse patterns. You will work closely with various stakeholders to address escalations and create long-term solutions that enhance customer experience. Your role will involve meeting weekly targets and quality standards for investigations, ensuring that you contribute positively to the team's goals.

You will participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary, sharing inputs for standard operating procedure improvements and documenting new methods of abuse or fraud. Your contributions will help drive gaps to closure and improve operational efficiency across Amazon’s transportation operations.
