Overview

Elastic is seeking a Customer Architect to manage annual customer portfolios and provide consultative guidance for Self-Service Cloud solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic account management and technical expertise.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and account management, ideally with experience in cloud-based solutions. Your ability to engage with customers at various levels allows you to understand their needs and drive their success effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of helping clients scale their use of technology platforms. Your technical expertise enables you to provide valuable architectural recommendations and implementation support. You are adept at managing customer relationships and ensuring their strategic success throughout their journey with Elastic.

Desirable

Experience with both cloud SaaS and on-premises deployments is a plus. Familiarity with search technologies and AI solutions will enhance your ability to guide customers effectively. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. A proactive approach to customer engagement and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of annual customers, employing both high and low-touch engagement strategies tailored to their specific needs and expansion potential. You will provide consultative guidance across Elastic's cloud SaaS and on-premises deployments, ensuring customers receive the support they need to optimize their use of the Elastic Search AI Platform. Your responsibilities will include driving customer expansion by identifying opportunities for growth and facilitating the adoption of new features and capabilities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service improvements. Your role will also involve monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing any issues that may arise, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.
