What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, ensuring that all operations are conducted within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will perform rack installations and decommissioning, as well as operational readings to monitor performance. Your responsibilities will include providing key performance indicators to senior engineers and managing on-site contractors and vendors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of AWS data centers, ensuring that all equipment functions optimally.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists, contributing to projects of moderate complexity. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of AWS infrastructure, helping to deliver the highest standards of service to customers. You will be involved in monitoring the performance of maintenance and operations on all electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with established practices and local legislation.
