What you'll do

As an Account Executive at ClearBank, you will join the Client Management team focused on the Mid-Market segment. Your primary mission will be to develop and execute strategies that maximize market penetration and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential clients, ensuring that you are consistently identifying new opportunities for business development.

You will work closely with the Head of Client Success to align your strategies with the overall goals of the organization. This role requires you to engage with clients regularly, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing them with innovative solutions that leverage ClearBank's banking infrastructure. You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

Your role will involve regular reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts, allowing you to track your progress and adjust strategies as needed. You will be encouraged to think creatively about how to approach potential clients and differentiate ClearBank's offerings in a competitive market.
