Job Description

-Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to top defects areas of opportunity and present projects recommendations that will drive viable business in our business and operations for emerging countries (Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, MENA, JP, IN and Australia)
-Demonstrate excellent analytical and technical abilities, and use data to make recommendations that will drive key business decisions.
-Be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, has attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
-Work in a collaborative and international team environment.
-Develop and execute Benchmark studies internal and external





Key job responsibilities
- Applying your deep analytic and business skills to extract meaningful insights from large, complicated datasets;
- Gather business requirements from the stakeholders and translate them into data and analytic requirements;
- Partner with fellow Data Engineers/BIE’s to implement scalable, automated infrastructure for data extraction, processing, computation, and delivery;
- Review and audit existing ETL jobs and SQL queries;
- Help with the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions;
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines or existing BI processes;
- Identify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and tools;
- Analyze data from many sources and present key findings to improve products, customer experience, and other business metrics.

About the team
The FCF/VBI (Viable Business Initiative) identifies and implements opportunities to maximize the profitability of our business models and maintain efficient and sustainable operations. FCF/VBI is a component of the overall business planning process and will include a series of actions to ensure continuous business improvement and cost reduction in ROW countries. The FCF applies to launched businesses and defines the mechanisms necessary for implementation in future sustainable launches.- Bachelor's degree;
- Technical product or program management experience;
- Software development experience;
- Project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management;
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules;
- Advanced English.- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
