What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of one or more BetterUp Hubs, ensuring that each space is safe, efficient, and welcoming. You will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating events, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you implement processes that enhance the overall workplace experience. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the hub meets the needs of employees and fosters a sense of community. Additionally, you will gather feedback from employees to continuously improve the workplace environment and address any concerns that arise.

You will also play a key role in onboarding new employees, helping them acclimate to the BetterUp culture and ensuring they feel supported from day one. Your ability to create a positive first impression will set the tone for their experience at BetterUp. As a Workplace Experience Specialist, you will be a vital part of the team, contributing to a culture that values connection, collaboration, and personal growth.
