TaxBit is seeking a Head of Customer Success to manage and grow teams serving enterprise customers in the Regulation Technology industry. You'll focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and overall relationship health. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success leadership, ideally with experience in the SaaS or Regulation Technology sectors. You understand the importance of customer retention and satisfaction, and you have a strategic mindset to drive key customer outcomes. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at building strong relationships with both your teams and customers. You are data-driven and can analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and expansion. You are passionate about educating customers on best practices and ensuring they realize the full value of the services provided. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Experience in the digital assets or cryptocurrency space would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with compliance challenges and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will set you apart. You are also adept at using customer success tools and platforms to track performance metrics and customer engagement.
