Senior Product Manager, Google Cloud

Who you are

You have 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with a strong background in developing or launching products in Cloud, SaaS, enterprise, or supply chain networks. Your experience includes at least 3 years of people management, where you've successfully guided teams and influenced stakeholders without direct authority. You are adept at driving product vision and go-to-market strategies, and you have a deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, competition, and user requirements.

Your technical knowledge spans multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to work on products that impact millions of users. You can break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development, ensuring that user needs are met effectively.

Desirable

Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud infrastructure, big data, security and privacy, and development operations. Your ability to adapt to changing environments and continuously learn is essential in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You will launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly based on user feedback. Collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams, you will develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and strategies. You will also be expected to mentor junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management culture at Google.
