DoorDash is hiring a DashMart Team Member to manage inventory and fulfill customer orders in Springfield, MO. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You are a motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced, physical environments — you enjoy engaging in day-to-day operations and are excited to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You understand the importance of inventory management and are detail-oriented, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You are committed to maintaining product quality and freshness, following all necessary processes to ensure proper product rotation. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact pleasantly with customers through the app when substitution approvals are needed. You prioritize safety and organization in the workplace, performing all duties in compliance with DashMart safety and security standards.
As a DashMart Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to accurately receive and stock inventory, ensuring that all products are accounted for and safeguarded against loss or theft. You will monitor product quality and freshness, ensuring proper product rotation to maintain high standards. You will utilize technology similar to smartphone devices to scan packages, pick and stage orders, and conduct handoffs to Dashers, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. You will contribute to a positive working environment by embodying the DoorDash value of “one team, one fight” in all your interactions with colleagues. Additionally, you will maintain a safe working environment by performing all cleaning and warehouse organization tasks as assigned by management.
