Who you are

You have experience in fast-paced, physical environments and are excited to engage in day-to-day operations. As a Shift Lead, you take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly. You maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and protected from loss or theft. You are committed to delighting customers by ensuring their orders are delivered with high quality and accuracy. You communicate effectively with customers when issues arise, ensuring that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Site Management in running great shifts at the DashMart. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and preparing food in a light-prep kitchen when necessary. You will lead your team by delegating tasks and ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will also be involved in training new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and safety, as well as in achieving operational goals.
