Guidepoint is hiring a Project Manager for their Client Service team to manage and retain client accounts while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong project management skills and a focus on client satisfaction.
You have experience in project management and a strong focus on client service — you understand the importance of connecting clients with the right subject-matter experts to inform their business decisions. You thrive in a team-oriented and collaborative environment, always striving for excellence in your work. In this role, you will manage and retain existing client accounts, ensuring that you understand each client's specific research needs. You will work to penetrate multiple users within these accounts and provide excellent customer service to grow client accounts. You will be responsible for sending multiple screened, quality advisors per project as quickly as possible. You will contact clients to obtain new projects and push for events, teleconferences, or new advisors to enhance client engagement. You will also conduct topical and company research for projects and communicate the scope of projects to assigned junior project managers when applicable. Your ability to execute and complete projects within the discussed timeline will be crucial to your success.
