What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and retain existing client accounts, ensuring that you understand each client's specific research needs. You will work to penetrate multiple users within these accounts and provide excellent customer service to grow client accounts. You will be responsible for sending multiple screened, quality advisors per project as quickly as possible. You will contact clients to obtain new projects and push for events, teleconferences, or new advisors to enhance client engagement. You will also conduct topical and company research for projects and communicate the scope of projects to assigned junior project managers when applicable. Your ability to execute and complete projects within the discussed timeline will be crucial to your success.
