You will lead by example to raise the bar on design and inspire those around you. You're comfortable leading brainstorms, collaborating across org lines, and presenting to stakeholders professionally, but with a level of enthusiasm that sells ideas through the lens of strategy and creativity.

The ideal candidate has solid expertise in interaction design (desktop and mobile), visual brand systems, and customer-focused user experience. This candidate is a problem solver with strong bias for action, entrepreneurial spirit, and customer obsession.
