Overview

Krafton is seeking an AI Operation Manager to support the execution of research and development initiatives within KRAFTON AI. This role requires at least 2 years of operational or administrative experience.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of practical experience in operations or administrative management, which has equipped you with the skills to support internal operational plans and report writing. You are adept at managing resources related to budgeting, personnel, and project tasks, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. Your experience includes supporting recruitment programs and facilitating external collaboration initiatives, allowing you to effectively contribute to the growth of the organization. You possess a creative mindset that enables you to propose innovative ideas while collaborating with diverse project teams. You are comfortable responding flexibly to ad-hoc requests from leadership and can handle various operational tasks with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will establish key internal operational plans and assist in report writing to ensure that KRAFTON AI's strategic direction is met. You will support the management of resources related to budgeting, personnel, and project tasks, performing relevant administrative duties to facilitate smooth operations. You will also assist in the execution of recruitment programs and external collaboration initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of internal capabilities and fostering a positive organizational culture. Additionally, you will manage content operations on the KRAFTON AI website and oversee outsourcing contracts, ensuring that all content is aligned with the company's vision. Your ability to respond to leadership's ad-hoc requests will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness.
