You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including order management, finance, logistics, and customer service — your ability to act as a liaison among business stakeholders and technical teams ensures smooth communication and project execution. You have experience leading business process mapping and gap analysis, identifying opportunities for automation and enhancement.

Your expertise includes working with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics — you understand the intricacies of these systems and how they integrate with EDI processes. You are detail-oriented, ensuring data integrity and compliance between Cleo-integrated systems and core business applications.

You are proactive in monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving EDI processes to minimize errors, delays, and manual interventions — your analytical mindset allows you to identify issues and implement effective solutions. You maintain comprehensive documentation of business workflows, EDI mappings, partner specifications, and exception handling procedures, ensuring clarity and consistency across projects.

Desirable

Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) is a plus, as it enhances your ability to manage integrations effectively. Familiarity with data integrity practices and compliance standards will further strengthen your contributions to the team.

What you'll do

You will translate business requirements into functional specifications for EDI integrations, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integrated process flows align with operational goals — your ability to act as the business process expert in integration projects will be crucial. You will lead business process mapping and gap analysis, ensuring that internal systems meet external partner requirements.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring data integrity and compliance between Cleo-integrated systems and core business applications. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve EDI processes to minimize errors, delays, and manual interventions, contributing to a more efficient workflow.

You will maintain comprehensive documentation of business workflows, EDI mappings, partner specifications, and exception handling procedures, ensuring that all team members have access to the information they need to succeed. You will collaborate with IT and business leaders to assess the impact of requirement changes, ensuring that all modifications are communicated effectively.
