OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Campaign Operations to plan and coordinate marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with various teams to optimize campaign performance and improve user experience. This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
You have over 3 years of experience in product management, particularly in campaign operations or marketing. You possess a strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management and have a proven track record of optimizing campaign performance through data-driven strategies. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business development and local market managers, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly. You are adept at monitoring and evaluating campaign performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates. Your analytical skills enable you to enhance user experience and backend systems, driving inbound traffic effectively. You are committed to operational excellence and have experience in designing and implementing product operational processes that enhance efficiency and risk management.
Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with decentralized applications (dApps). You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities. A background in data analysis or marketing analytics tools would be beneficial, as would experience in user experience design principles. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives on challenges and is eager to contribute to the foundational product infrastructure of campaign operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating campaign-related marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business development teams and local market managers to ensure effective execution of campaigns. Daily execution of campaigns will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring close collaboration with both technical and business teams to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, you will strengthen and improve the foundational product infrastructure of the campaign lifecycle, designing and refining operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and risk management.
