In this role, you will support the EU Operations Internal Communications team by executing communication strategies and developing content for various channels. You will manage the creation and adaptation of content that resonates with frontline employees across European markets. You will assist in coordinating and distributing communications, ensuring that materials are localized for both physical and digital channels. You will collaborate with senior team members to provide execution assistance on complex communication initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to understand their communication needs and contribute ideas for process improvements. You will also engage in new projects, administering requests and ensuring that all communications align with Amazon's operational goals.
