Ripple is seeking an HR Business Partner Manager to shape the people strategy for their APAC & MEA regions. You'll collaborate with regional leaders to implement performance management and talent retention plans. This role requires strategic HR experience and a strong understanding of organizational culture.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role. You understand the nuances of working with regional leaders and have a proven track record of implementing effective people strategies that align with company goals. Your expertise in employee relations and compliance ensures that you can navigate complex HR issues with ease. You are data-driven, able to collect and analyze insights to guide business leaders in making informed decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about cultivating a positive workplace culture that reflects the values of the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with regional Managing Directors and local leaders to shape Ripple's people strategy across the APAC & MEA regions. You will implement organizational structures and performance management systems that support the growth of Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Your responsibilities will include providing sound advice to managers and fellow HRBPs, ensuring that people practices align with regional guidelines and company values. You will handle employee relations issues and oversee the local delivery of global HR strategies and projects. Additionally, you will collect and analyze data to provide insights that inform business decisions and manage local regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives. You will also lead various HR projects that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
