You have a deep understanding of HR policies, processes, and tools — acting as a front-line consultant to business leaders and managers. Your expertise allows you to provide credible and compelling advice on managing teams effectively. You are committed to collaboration, working closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to support employees across the region. You are skilled in navigating sensitive employee issues, including performance management and grievance processes, and you thrive in environments where you can influence positive outcomes for both employees and the organization.
In this role, you will partner with managers to guide them through performance management cases, ensuring they have the support needed to foster a positive work environment. You will leverage your front-line visibility to identify trends and emerging needs, collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to address them effectively. Your role will involve educating managers on relevant people matters through various communication channels, including one-on-one meetings and group sessions. You will also play a key role in implementing organizational changes, ensuring that HR policies are effectively communicated and adhered to throughout the organization.
