Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in a mid-market environment. You understand the unique challenges faced by mid-sized companies and are passionate about delivering value to customers. Your leadership style focuses on coaching and developing talent, ensuring your team is equipped to meet and exceed sales targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales operations, and customer success teams to drive results. You are metrics-driven, using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a knack for identifying trends that can enhance sales performance.

Desirable

Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot's products and services.
