AvePoint is seeking a Partner Account Manager to develop and drive a partner ecosystem focused on strategic partnerships. This role involves collaborating with the UK leadership team to enhance the resale channel and support go-to-market strategies.
You have a strong background in account management and partnership development, ideally with experience in the technology sector. You understand the importance of building strategic relationships and have a proven track record of driving growth through collaboration. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with partners and internal teams alike. You are passionate about fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute.
Experience working with Microsoft Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure software and cloud solutions will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow the partner ecosystem. You will work closely with the UK leadership team to identify key partners and create mutually beneficial business plans that drive growth for all parties involved. You will engage with partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless partner experience.
Your role will involve regular communication with partners to foster strong relationships and address any concerns they may have. You will track and report on partner performance metrics, using data to inform your strategies and drive continuous improvement. You will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote AvePoint's solutions.
