You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts and driving growth within existing customer bases. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, sets you apart. You understand the importance of collaboration across teams, ensuring that customer needs are met with tailored solutions. You are strategic in your approach, developing account plans that align customer goals with company objectives. Your experience in identifying revenue expansion opportunities within high-potential accounts is a key asset. You thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and effective communication skills.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Fivetran, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and capitalizing on revenue expansion opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. You will conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with customers to uncover additional use cases and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling initiatives. Collaborating closely with technical, product, and marketing teams, you will ensure that customer needs are understood and addressed effectively. Building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. You will develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, aligning customer goals with Fivetran’s mission to simplify access to data.
