Amazon’s Workforce Staffing (WFS) team is pioneering solutions to our toughest workforce challenges across the globe, building innovative labor models and infrastructure that improve Amazon’s employment value proposition and scale over time. We are looking to hire a talented and committed WFS Specialist to join the Workforce Staffing (WFS) Team. We are a geographically distributed team, and you would be located at our buildings in Bangalore to support APAC.

Key job responsibilities
The successful candidate will work in lock-step with APAC, WFS Operations and stakeholders and will:

-Have superb business judgment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
-Have experience of working in highly ambiguous environments and a track record of successful relationship management
-Lead multiple simultaneous projects to deploy processes/systems and optimize hiring lead times, costs and service levels for our geographies in APAC
-Demonstrable experience in large scale project management with leading teams based out of different geographies and time zones
-Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring service requirements
-Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels and drive the Labor Strategy related decisions including Labor Model changes and associated change management across diverse stakeholders for smooth execution
-Drive Structural Changes and define the change roadmap for similar projects on worldwide parity where applicable

-Obtain buy-in from senior business leaders and stakeholders on process standardization and influence without authority to drive alignment for execution
-Prepare, analyse and present data on key impact areas with support from Analytics and Workforce Intelligence dashboards and write clear and concise communication including Reviews
- Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Exceptional writing skills, with ability to write succinctly
- Demonstrable experience in large scale project management
- Ability to lead, teach and develop associates and managers to deliver key organizational goals
- Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently, will take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
- Experience with managing large-scale organizational change
- Experience defining technical requirements and working with systems resources- Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight
- 3+ years of leading large complex programs experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects & initiatives
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management
- Experience of working in a virtual team and leading teams across geographies
- Work experience for a large-scale operations business such as FMCG, e-commerce, retail or manufacturing
- Experience in Field HR or Operations and understanding of core HR processes a plus
- Successful record of building, improving and running operational business processes globally, ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated program ownership and consistent delivery on commitments – strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
- Experience using standard change management methodology; ability to simplify complex topics and deliver training and communications to broad and international audiences.
- Experience in leading data-driven decision making using both qualitative and quantitative data
- Previous recruitment experience overseeing either agency and/or direct hire sourcing models in a high volume environment
