Job Description

At Amazon, we're working to revolutionize how sellers manage compliance requirements by building automated solutions that dramatically reduce the time and cost associated with product and safety compliance. Our vision is to create a "zero touch" experience where compliance documentation and validation happen automatically, leveraging trusted data sources like product packaging, brand websites, and responsible person documentation.

This role can be based in Luxembourg, London, Barcelona/Milan.

In this position, you will lead the end-to-end strategy and implementation of Zero Touch Compliance (ZTC) initiatives, including the Photo Imaging Compliance Services (PICS) program. You will drive the scaling of ZTC across multiple compliance areas, develop monetization strategies, and optimize PICS operations. This role requires close collaboration with leadership to strategize priorities and trade-offs, maximizing business impact while optimizing costs. You will work with various tech teams to ensure ZTC solutions are integrated into overall compliance frameworks for various legislations and drive discussions with leadership on quality and cost investments. You will work with Tech teams to drive requirements (BRD), Technical Design and program manage delivery of end-to-end zero touch features including Compliance for New Selection via Omniscan and more.
The role presents a unique opportunity to shape how Amazon will enable compliance at scale for Selling Partners by developing and scaling zero-touch compliance services. You will work with innovative automation technologies and processes to create an improved Selling Partner experience and drive seamless compliance on Amazon. You will drive collaboration across global teams (multiple tech teams like CoSS/CPP/ISS, AFT, ACES) to build scalable solutions that enable frictionless seller experience while maintaining strict compliance standards across multiple EU regulations.
The ideal candidate will combine excellent strategic thinking and execution skills with strong program management capabilities and the ability to drive results in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Success in this role requires deep analytical capabilities, the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges, and strong stakeholder management skills.


Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and execute the long-term strategy for scaling Zero Touch Compliance across EU markets
• Lead end-to-end program management for ZTC initiatives, including PICS
• Design compliance service solutions and long-term vision for Selling Partners on Amazon
• Drive monetization strategies for ZTC services, balancing value creation for sellers with revenue generation for Amazon
Technical Product Development:
• Partner with Tech teams to develop and scale automated solutions for enabling zero touch compliance services
• Create end-to-end workflows and technical requirements for ZTC services, including PICS
• Integrate ZTC solutions with existing compliance frameworks and seller-facing tools
Operational Excellence:
• Optimize PICS operations, driving continuous improvement in imaging quality, speed, and cost-efficiency
• Establish comprehensive metrics and KPIs to track ZTC and PICS program effectiveness
• Build scalable processes for managing exceptions and escalations across ZTC initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement in automation rates and compliance accuracy
Stakeholder Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Tech, Operations, Legal, and Supply Chain teams
• Influence other team roadmaps to uncover and disambiguate dependencies
• Drive collaboration across global teams to ensure alignment on ZTC goals and strategies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
- Experience managing technical products or automation initiatives- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
- Strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
