Looking for experienced software engineers to develop AI powered advertiser workflows for Amazon Ads.
We need full stack developers with a range of skills from HTML5/Javascript/React on the UI to Java/ Agentic workflows for service layer. You should feel comfortable developing in both web browser-based UI and server environments. If you have a preference for UI or server work, we have some flexibility to tilt more of that work to you.
You’ll be responsible for owning, designing and delivering highly scalable systems that will be used by advertisers, agencies, and sellers on Amazon to build, manage and serve beautiful, innovative ads to highly targeted audiences. Our team works across Amazon to combine Desktop, Mobile, Kindle, Video, and Retail into our products. We’re building a full-service, full-stack advertising platform.

About the team
The team is responsible for simplifying media buying experience for Amazon Ads advertisers and enable them to achieve their media buying objectives. We raise the bar not only for the experiences we own but across all advertisers workflows that impacts the trader journey. Our vision for delightful trader experience supports both simplified traditional workflows and agentic workflows that enables traders to efficiently setup, launch and achieve their delivery and performance targets, while providing industry-leading control and transparency. As part of our agentic workflow offerings we own and innovate core functionalities that enable advertisers to efficiently navigate, create, and manage campaigns using sophisticated Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic solutions. We partner with multiple teams and drive towards an unified experience for advertisers using common components and unified framework where applicable.- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Experience with Amazon Ads
- Experience with Agentic workflow development and working with LLMs is a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
