Overview

Replit is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to build and scale a world-class recruiting organization. You'll partner with executive leadership to develop recruiting strategies across various departments. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a technology-focused environment, and have a proven track record of building and scaling recruiting functions. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can influence and drive change. You understand the importance of maintaining a high bar for talent quality and candidate experience, and you are passionate about creating diverse and inclusive teams. You possess strong analytical skills and can translate business priorities into actionable hiring strategies. You are comfortable with both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, ready to coach executives and build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up.

Desirable

Experience in a high-growth tech company is a plus, as is familiarity with R&D, GTM, and G&A hiring processes. You are adept at workforce planning and have a keen understanding of employer branding and sourcing strategies. Your ability to assess potential and attract top talent will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for Replit, ensuring that the company can grow rapidly while maintaining a high standard for talent. You will design and lead the recruiting operating model, which includes workforce planning, capacity modeling, and prioritization of hiring needs. You will partner closely with executive leadership to align recruiting efforts with business priorities and develop a hiring roadmap that supports aggressive growth. Your responsibilities will also include coaching hiring managers, enabling them to effectively assess candidates and make informed hiring decisions. You will be instrumental in shaping how Replit attracts talent and builds high-performing teams during a period of rapid growth.
