Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Majors Account Executive to lead strategic customer engagements and drive growth. This role requires exceptional sales skills and a vision for expanding Cloudflare's enterprise customer base.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing major accounts and driving revenue growth. With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, you understand the nuances of enterprise sales and have successfully navigated complex sales cycles. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to articulate Cloudflare's value proposition effectively to diverse audiences. Your experience in the tech industry, particularly in internet security or performance optimization, gives you a competitive edge in understanding customer needs and positioning solutions accordingly. You are passionate about technology and are eager to stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with Cloudflare's products and services. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the driving force behind Cloudflare's most strategic customer engagements. You will lead the charge in securing and expanding critical accounts, working closely with the Enterprise/Field Sales team to identify opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and drive adoption of Cloudflare's services. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach to sales and help shape Cloudflare's offerings. You will also be responsible for presenting to executive-level stakeholders and negotiating contracts that align with Cloudflare's business objectives.

Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as your contribution to the overall growth of the company. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Cloudflare's enterprise sales strategy and will have the opportunity to mentor junior sales team members, sharing your expertise and insights to help them succeed.
