Oscar is hiring a Manager, Data Analytics to lead the Network team in solving complex data issues. You'll collaborate with engineering, data, and customer success teams to implement solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in data analytics, with experience in managing data-related issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You understand the complexities of data flow and generation within business processes, and you can communicate your findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are comfortable working independently as well as with customers and teammates to fully understand data issues. You have a proven track record of driving analytical requests, defining key questions, and scoping methodologies to achieve results. You are adaptable and can thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote work.

Desirable

Experience in the health insurance or healthcare industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with data visualization tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to present findings clearly and effectively. A background in project management or stakeholder engagement will also be beneficial in this role.
