Tines is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and expand usage of their intelligent workflow platform. You'll work with a diverse range of customers to ensure they realize the full potential of the platform. This role is remote and requires strong customer engagement skills.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of driving customer adoption and are skilled at building relationships with clients to ensure they achieve their goals. You are proactive and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are comfortable with technology and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are motivated by seeing the impact of your work on their business outcomes. You thrive in a remote work environment and are adept at managing your time and priorities effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of Tines' automation platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them leverage the platform to achieve their highest-priority goals. You will play a critical role in expanding usage across the customer base, ensuring that clients realize the full potential of the platform. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to provide feedback from customers and help shape the future of the product. You will also develop and deliver training and resources to empower customers to use the platform effectively. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and the growth of customer accounts.
