Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to apply your skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Airbrush Technician, you will be responsible for color-matching and mixing paint to ensure high-quality finishes on vehicles. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You are also open to learning and growing within the company, as Carvana offers training programs for entry-level positions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be expected to use state-of-the-art tools to airbrush vehicles, ensuring that each vehicle is prepared to meet customer expectations. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the high-tech Inspection Center. Your responsibilities will include color-matching and mixing paint to achieve the desired results for each vehicle. You will also be involved in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your workspace, ensuring that all tools and materials are readily available for use. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and advance your skills.
