Tanium is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring efforts focused on Go-To-Market roles in Japan. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and candidates, utilizing data-driven strategies to enhance the recruitment process. This role requires fluency in Japanese and strong communication skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly in Go-To-Market roles. You possess excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to build rapport with both candidates and hiring managers. You thrive in dynamic environments and can adapt quickly to changing priorities. Bilingual fluency in Japanese is essential, as you will be working closely with local candidates and teams.

You have a data-driven mindset, using metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your recruiting strategies. Your experience includes developing sourcing strategies that attract top talent and ensuring a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You understand the importance of following up with candidates promptly and maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-focused recruiting environment is a plus. Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques will help you effectively evaluate candidates. You are comfortable using various recruiting tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire recruiting process for Go-To-Market positions in Japan. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. You will track recruiting activities and provide regular updates on candidate status.

You will also coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on candidate evaluations. Building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams will be key to your success. You will advocate for candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
