You are an experienced Product Leader—strategic, analytical, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset. You have a proven track record of owning product lines and driving their success in competitive markets. Your ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is complemented by your strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You understand the needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and are passionate about creating solutions that enhance their banking experience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
In this role, you will own the Membership Plans and the wider Subscriptions platform across multiple markets. You will be responsible for shaping how Tide structures, prices, and delivers value to its members as the company scales. Collaborating closely with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams, you will ensure that the subscription offering is flexible, competitive, and aligned with member needs. You will lead product strategy and roadmap development, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform your decisions. Your role will involve defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the subscription offerings and iterating on them based on user feedback and data insights. You will also play a crucial role in stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned with the product vision and goals.
